Virgin Media Free Subscription Ran Out Too Soon

I am virgin media customer and insalled F-Secure as directed by my virgin media account. I was suppoed to get a year free, but it only look like I got a month.

 

How do I get my free full years subscription re-activated?

If you've definitely followed all of the steps correctly, as outlined in the link below, then you'll need to raise a support ticket, as it sounds as though you've somehow got the 30 day trial version instead of the full year.
