SAFE will not install!!!

Just bought SAFE for my brand new computer and it won´t install. I give the codes and it keeps saying " this campaign is not valid". What the hell?

    Firstly, did you purchase SAFE from F-Secure direct, and secondly, are you trying to install via your SAFE Portal?  I believe the 'campaign' is the type of licence, ie, 1 year for 3 machines, 2 years for 1 machine, etc, depending on what you purchased.
