FreeDome profile not loading on iPad

So I am running iOS 7, it is an old iPad, and FreeDome version 2.1.2.1612. Every time I try to turn it on it takes me to the f-secure site that holds the profile but it doesn't load. It just shows the blue f-secure background. Any know what may be causing this? 

I also know that I can connect using the OpenVPN app but I need the Access Server hostname.  Anyone know where I can find that?
