The fix Freedome did with UK servers has only lasted a few days. Can't access download from Sky once again.

Please help.

    Unfortunately it seems that  SKY is really slow to pick up the correct GEOIP for our extended UK server capacity. Note that BBC should still be working.

    Thanks for your swift response. Yes BBC is okay. Will the issues with Sky improve over time?

    Yes SKY should hopefully get the correct information soon.

     

    In reference to this thread:

    Note that GeoIP services are a bit problematic, as we cannot directly affect to them except by making sure the data in the RIPE and other similar databases (RIPE is for Europe, there are similar databases for other parts of the world) is correct for our IP addresses. This was done from our side when the problem was reported the first time.
