Help please

I would please like to know why, when I run my f-secure health check it tells me I have neither the anti virus or the spyware checker on... Yet on my F-secure icon it shows all my protection is running correctly and that they are turned on...

 

Also When I go into my f-secure and check what has been allowed or not or what spyware or viruses have been detected it tells me that it has 0.

 

Im sorry but as you can probably tell I'm quite PC illiterate!  Im running Firefox 4 on one laptop and 5 on another. Thanks for you time

There was an issue with Health Check. Could you please run the test again?
