Subscription Key not working

I purchased mobile security off of play store on a previous phone. I know that I have at least a year left on my subscription. When I enter my subscription key on my new phone I get this error message "Update service cannot authenticate your subscription". Can I not use the rest of my subscription on a new phone? My old phone broke.

It should work to use the same code on the new phone if it have time left as you said.
So then the best would be to contact the support through this form and provide the key to them so they can help you with this problem.
