IS 2015 - Can't view my subscription

I have Internet Security 2015 installed on Win7 64-bit and, the upgrade from previous version went fine and without any errors. 

 

The program works, is up to date, and says "your computer is protected" so there is a valid subscription - should be for a year still.


But since upgrading to 2015, I can't view my subscription. It doesn't do anything - i.e. doesn't open any windows, browsers etc when I do either below:

- right-click the systray icon and choose "view my subscriptions"

- open the program, click on the ?-mark and choose "view my subscription". 

 

All other choices in those menus work as expected (open dialogs, run browsers etc.). My default browser is Chrome if that has any relevance.

 

Any ideas how to solve this?
