Please help.
All I want to do is enter the code that I was given when I bought my new phone.
It's 20 digits long but I can't find anywhere to put it.
I have registered with f-secure created a password etc but now I'm losing the will to live.

    Sorry, I'm not very familiar with Mobile Security. Is this with F-Secure SAFE, or just the Mobile Security product? Does it not ask for the key when you launch the app?

    Hello Jancja,

     

    Can you  confirm the product you try to take into use?
    If not, what is the format of the code you received? 4x5 letters or 5x4 letters?

     

    I assume you registered to SAFE portal. If the code is a SAFE one, then please follow this article to take it into use.
