Locked device and invalid trusted number.

Please write a support ticket for F-Secure here:

Include the full call number of the "problem" phone and the trusted phone. Also include the device vendor and type info, as well as the unique "IMEI" number of the "problem" phone. (Read out from software or find it printed on a piece of sticker paper under the removed battery or sometimes engraved in the case back cover, depending on the hardware vendor).
Mention your desire to receive the unlocking hexa code in e-mail as well as SMS, if you are unsure that internationally transferred SMS can arrive at the locked phone.
