12 months free subscription of SAFE

I'm a Virginmedia customer and have been told that I get 12 months free subscription of SAFE but when I applied for the subscription I was told that I only get 1 month's free subscription. Has this happened to anyone else?

Just as a caveat to what I'm about to say, I'm not 100% certain that the 12 months free offer is still running, as this has been going for some time now, and I'm not aware if there's an end date.

 

That said, assuming the offer IS still running, you need to log in to your Virgin Media portal, and use the link from there to get to the F-Secure SAFE portal, otherwise, you won't get the offer.   What you may now have is a trial version, which will expire in 30 days.  Please refer to this Sticky Topic for more info on migrating from VMS to F-Secure SAFE.
