I'm not really sure how much help we can be. From the information given, it seems that either the key is being input incorrectly, or it isn't valid for more than one device.
If you're sure that none of the above apply, then I suggest sending in a support ticket with your license number and purchase details, so that F-Secure can check it out. Obviously, don't post any personal details on here.0 Like
