Purchased 1-month Freedome... No vpn

I purchased a one month subscription of vpn service. I had to uninstall the app and profile due to other reasons. I re-install and It prompts me to buy a subscription when I already had. I purchased and re-installed the app with the same apple ID: XXXXXX@XXXXXXXX. com Unsure why It still detects I am unsubscribed. Also, I have email proof that I subscribed from Apple. Any help would be awesome!

    Sorry for the delay in the reply. Do you still experience this issue? Have you tried the "restore purchases/subscription" within the application?
