when i renuewed my account i followed procudure and was informed my fsecure was reintated,my laptop shows no antivirus though,any ideas?

Hi,

 

If is shows reinstated I would guess you have F-Secure Safe so then you will need to log in to your Safe account on this link: https://mysafe.f-secure.com/login?locale=en_GB

And then proceed to install to your laptop from there and it should work again.

If you get any trouble with this just reply back and I will help you further.
