Help i my f-secure cant remove the adware

my f-secure won't clean the adwares please help!!!! I tried action quarantine. So it says "some items could not be clean" what should I do?  I'll post a picture later but please help!

    Hello,

     

    Can you to add description from log-report file about destination or file-name of detected adware?!

     

    Here can be that... current "adware"-detection under archive or something related with that (such as "installer"-file). Basically it's can be "safe" on current time, but you able to remove fulll "archive/installer" or something like that - manually.. if you not need this file.

     

    But also here can be that... system already with payload by adware and F-Secure does not detected it - such as "it was user's choice".  So, better to know... more background: log-report information about adware or information from "History of removal and Spyware" ("Removal History") - which able to get after scan/prompt or from settings under "Antivirus/Computer Security".
