installation failed intergritycontrol error

while updating IS2011 to IS2012 i get a integritycontrol error on both computer security and online safety. this makes my install a failed install. what to do??

    Not sure what is the error exactly? Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message?

  • I have the same problem trying to update from IS2011 to IS2012. I get Installation failed as the error message usinng theF-SecureNetworkInstaller. I have the German version.

  • I also tried upgrading my girl's laptop from IS2011 - 12. Also get the same installation error problem. Not sure what seems to be wrong to what I did.

  • What Operating System (WinXP, Win Vista, ...) is installed?

    Are all patches installed?

    Did you try to install IS 2012 as administrator?

    Hi,

    Kindly ensure that all latest Windows Updates installed. Especially the below components:

    1. Windows Installer 4.5, Windows XP and Windows Vista Only.

    2. Microsoft Dot Net Framework 4.0.

     

    Then try to run the installation again.

    I have Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

     

     

    Have downloaded and installed Microsoft Dot Net Framework 4.0.

     

    Ran the installation. Did no good. Still get the same error message.

    Hi Charlie658,

    Please try to remove the FSIS 2011 by running the Uninstallation Tool then reinstall the FSIS 2012.

    I would suggest you to open a Support Ticket for further investogation.

  • I don't believe it. This problem has been fixed on my end with the use of Uninstallation Tool available in F-Secure. I guess I just made it right.image

  • My problem still hasn't been fixed. Nothing has worked so far.
