Clean install of Windows 7

Doing complete reinstall of Windows 7 on a PC.  Loaded legitimate version of F-Secure Internet Security [used previsouly on same PC] and tried to enter the key used previosuly.  System says all licences used but does NOT give option to relocate from another installation [this is stated as an option on post http://community.f-secure.com/t5/Security/Virus-and-spyware-control-out-of/td-p/32731 ].

 

This is a 3 licence product and is due to expire on 05/04/2015 - so I'm very reluctant to pay for another licence.

Please contact F-Secure support with a description of the details, including the 5x4 digit keycode and possibly attach a screenshot of the problem scenario. Maybe the installation event counter will need a reset on that keycode and only F-Secure support can do that for you:
