Can't install fs protection
I've installed the control panel, but FS Protection isn't installed. I click on Install, and get a box "Downloading and upgrading components. Please wait.". I've let this run literally overnight and then some. Windows 8.1 64 bit. No idea what other information I'd need to provide.
Any suggestions?

Have you any other security or anti virus software installed? If so, it may need to be removed before installing F-Secure. You can find a list of uninstallers for most products here:

If you then still have trouble installing FSP, then run the uninstaller below and start again. In fact, it would be an idea to do that anyway, as it may not reinstall over the damaged version.

We had a broken configuration live for a while before TP123 was released. You may have received that. It should recover now that TP123 is released, just update it and then it should continue installation.
Other option is to remove all and start from beginning. If it still does not work, please create a bug report to beta.f-secure.com.
