The personal code you get when you buy Safe is supposed to be used when you register the account.
So to fix this you have to either log in to your test account and go to tab "account information" and then remove the trial account to be able to re register a Safe account with the same email address and with your personal Safe code here: https://mysafe.f-secure.com/register/box?locale=sv_SE

Unfortunately our community is currently not localized in Swedish. Could you explain in more details the issue you are facing with your SAFE licenses?
Where did you purchase these licenses from?

i have bought a Box with SAFE (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)
i have registered at the My SAFE page and got a 30days trial
but where do i put my personal code in the box to get my full licens
the personal code dont look like a key so that dont work
