Instalation Failed win 7 sp-1 everything up to date

I have tyed running the install as admin and user i'm the only one on this pc it goes through everything then at end I get screen instalation failed  my maching runs 1 OS Win 7 sp-1 everythings up to date I could not find the tool to make a FS Report but am still looking !

Has Anyone had it fail to install ?

Is this a first time installation? If so, did you first remove any other antivirus products on the machine? If so, then I suggest using the uninstallation tool to fully remove F-Secure and start again.

When installation fails there is no Support Tool installed to the system. In order to collect fsdiag.zip for bug report, you have to use standalone version of Support Tool, available here: ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/support/tools/fsdiag/fsdiag.zip.
