Please do a security updates on your Windows...

 

And also

 

updates

 

firefox browser,

 

Google Chrome browser,

 

Adobe Flash

 

go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

 

check if there is any updates on Adobe products, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Shockwave Player

 

etc... and any other install programs on your computer.
