Problem with re-installing Internet security 2014

I had to uninstall my program due to notebook problem. I downloaded trial copy thinking I could insert my license code into it, however, the copy did not download successfully.  Now, in trying to download a further copy I get message to say cannot because trail version has been previously used.  So how please can I get my program installed again.

Try using the uninstallation tool to fully remove any previous versions, and start again.

Note: you can only install the trial versions once, so this time, you will need a subscription key.

By the way, you can download the latest version from here, unless you're using SAFE, in which case, you'll need to login to the SAFE portal and install from there:
