failed to instal vpn

After installing IOS8 and afterwards the latest freedome update 2.0.1 from september 23 freedome fails to install vpn and is giving: error initiating vpn connection.
Tried resetting my Iphone 5, delete and reinstall freedome app etc. But nothing Helps.
No vpn on wifi and provider network.
