subscription key validation

Hi! I bought and downloaded F-secure Anti virus for mac yesterday. I entered my subscription key and pressed the set-button, but nothing happened. It has been saying¨waiting for the server to validate the subscription key¨ for over a day now. I've tried to remove it and re-enter it but nothing seems to work. The icon in the upper right corner has a blue ¨i¨on it, don't really know what that means eighter. 

Please help!
