serial not working

I had to re-install, surprise: beta serial I am entitled to for 6 months is not accepted any longer, pls help !

How did you reinstall? You did it from the installer in your Beta program portal, for whichever product you're testing, yes?

hello and thank you, clean install after hdd refurbishing, F-S IS (the one I'm testing from th beginning of this beta) rls from portal

I'm wondering if it's because you've reinstalled Windows. My suggestion would be to report the issue via the Beta feedback portal, or PM @Ville .

it might also be that we're too near from beta end... you're right I'll see this thru feedback portal

Make sure you are using the correct installer. If you have beta subscription for Internet Security Technology Preview, then take the installer from beta.f-secure.com / ISTP project. The installer you get from there should have the key embedded in filename so you don't really need to enter it manually.
