Malfunction.

I am unable to scan my laptop as F secure is declaring a malfunction in this area. A re-boot has made no difference. I would appreciate your help please.

  • I am having the same problem, I contacted technical support and I havent heard anything for over a week. Its really unacceptable when I just paid £35 to download it and it doesnt even work.

  • I managed to fix mine if anyone else has the same problem.

     

    I uninstalled the programme via control panel add and remove hardware then reinstalled it via my back up cd that i bought with the product download. It took three attempts before it worked properly but its fine now.

    Apparantly its due to the installation not working properly and the product key not getting used as a result. Good luck!
