What is your problem?

 

Is quickbooks not working at all or is it slow, partially working?

 

Would be nice if you could describe your problem, what did you try to solve it.

 

If quickbook has a data base you could exclude that from scanning that could be a good start.

 

Is the software working when unloading F-Secure?

 

One thing you can try is to disable advanced process monitoring.

 

You need to narrow down the issue to a module.

 

When looking through other threads deinstalling online safety and test might be as well a good idea. Read the last post from here on how to un install online safety

quickbooks starts but can not open the company file, it also runs slow. take out 2012 f-secure and quickbooks runs fine install f-secure 2011 and it is fine. i have setup file sharing rule and mapping is fine and any other file i open but a quickbooks company file is fine. any ideas, i also opened all qb ports that f-secure said to open but the company file still will not open and the os is windows xp pro sp 3. and this only happens with 2012 and seems to be only with xp so far.

While trying to open the company file are you getting any error
