Trial expires on re-install

Was signed up to the 6 month trial, had most of it left, had to uninstall freedome from my android device (Xperia t), reinstalled, however now the trial has reverted to a 7 day ( and the code can no longer be used) how can this be fixed, I would have expected the trial account to be held within the play/marketplace account to allow for reinstalls.

As Freedome is a privacy app, we avoid collecting any data that could be used to identify our users. Thus, we are not able link the campaign codes to app store usernames or IDs. That is why after reinstallation, the code is no more valid if the campaign has been stopped.

Thanks for the explanation, however is there any way to recover the 4 + months that were left on the original trial! the trial documentation or Terms did not note that the app could not be uninstalled.?
