Deepguard slows down applications and fsgk32.exe high CPU usage
I've noticed that some applications are slow to start. One in particular is Nvidia GeForce Experience. I have identified that when deepguard is off, startup time for this application is a few seconds. When deepguard is on, startup time is anywhere from 15 seconds to 60+ seconds.
During this time, and when other applications are slow to respond, i've noticed that fsgk32.exe is using an entire cpu core. It appears to be a non-multithreaded process, and on my 4-core CPU, it appears pegged at 25% until the application starts.
I'm concerned that fsgk32.exe is bottlenecking performance of my computer and that deepguard is causing applications to be slower than necessary.

If you submit a Support Request and attach an FSDIAG file to it, the support technicians can take a look at it.
DeepGuard is monitoring applications. FSGK32 is the Gatekeeper Handler which checks binaries and processes real-time scan requests.
So my guess is that GFE is doing a lot of stuff that needs to be analyzed.
I did a quick search and found various GFE problems, mostly for Win 8.1. Some people claim it's more or less useless and that it takes lots of resources. One advice was to do a clean install of it if you installed it before upgrading to 8.1
Things you can try with the F-Secure product:
- Enable DeepGuards Compatibility Mode
- Exclude GFE files/folder from Virus and spyware scanning
