Having active subscription, but service has been denied

I have an active subscription trough the app store for my iPhone (which is still active), but all of a sudden Freedome tells me that my subscription has been expired while i have paid my bill. Is this a joke? Time to get Cloak instead of Freedome

I renewed my subscription for F-Secure for Mac and got Key code. Entered Key code and only can get continuing hanging message: Waiting for the server to validate the subscription key. The Key status does not change and the software remains non-renewed. Any suggestions. Can not reach Support desk on chat line...that hangs too.

This is really getting ridicoulus. We are a month further and no support AT ALL!!!! I keep paying for my subscription, but i cannot use the service. It sounds like a scam to me and I am going to warn everyone trough the app store for this.
One month....are you all sleeping there?

I'm sorry for the delays with this case. We have investigated this but unfortunately we still haven't been able to figure out what has caused this problem. We aren't aware of any other similar cases from our users, so there is something very unique involved here.
