Scanning
My F-Secure Internet scanner no longer works either manually or on schedule, although the free on-line scanner works. Updating works. My sub is paid to 2015.
And I can't email support because one of their "select" boxes does not work.
Where do I go from here?

Could be a temporary problem, so try again or try from another browser/computer.
Also you can try and upgrade to the newest version of Internet Security (2.06 build 303)
