Cannot uninstall Mobile Security on Android 4.3

It seem I can't remove Mobile Security v8 from Samsung Galaxy S3 running Android 4.3.  Steps i have taken below have failed:

 

1) Install v9 on top of it, its tell that there is older verson detected , please remove it first before using it.

2) On GUI, click on uninstall but nothing happen. The screen just disappear. Nothing happen afterwards

3) Tried to stop the process and force uninstall it 

4) Use third apps to remove it 

 

If i can get the v8 installer in apk, i will try to install it and remove it.  Please let me know if there any way to remove it. Hard

Reset the phone is not an option.

You can try this.

Settings -> safety -> device administrators and uncheck F-Secure then you go to apps and try uninstall it again.

Tried it already but it doesn't work. I managed to get the version 8 installer through online and able to install and remove the app without your support team help..

That worked for me except that did not have to enter any code.

My subscription was expired.
