Hi,

For F-Secure it might be possible to add your VPN to Google's safe-list. At the moment Freedome device have problems to access Gmail, Google will always block connection. Google's own safe-list tool, "Was it you" won't work either. Below Finnish error messages from Google.

We are currently looking into this issue and will get back to you as soon as we can.

Got answer from our technicians now and this happens with new gateways often (~always) and gets automatically fixed by Google algorithms within hours or about a day at most.

 

If problem still persists we can try to investigate further. In that case we would ask you to send us info about which virtual location is in question and preferably also the exact IP of the gateway in question.
