Pay for a year of Freedome without using Google Play?

I'd like to subscribe to Freedome on my Android phone for a year, but have not been willing to give Google my credit card number. Can I pay some other way and then use a code. (Since I see that there is a possibility of entering one).

At this time only In-App purchase on Google Play is available, kindly refer this webpage for all payment methods available on Google Play.
