iTunes WiFi sync issue

Hi folks,

Has anyone else had any issues with wifi synching an iPhone 4S with iTunes?  I have been trying to get it to work for two days now, and iTunes won't connect wirelessly to the iPhone.  I have tried all that I can think of, so my last port of call is F-Secure, with the thought that perhaps it is blocking something.

I have F-Secure Internet Security 2011 10.50 build 197 - everything to do with Apple and iTunes is Allowed, as far as I can see.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Also, if you have managed to wifi sync an iPhone 4S with iTunes, using FSIS 2011, please let me know, so that I can eliminate it as a suspect.

Many thanks,

Simon.

    Hi,

I think there was some similar issue discussed earlier but cannot recall it now.

What you can do is deactivate module by module to see what is causing the issue.

e.g. disable firewall and test; or start with application control and so on

Enable the module if there is no change and go to the next. If you found the module you can disable features of the module narrow down the issue.

Once you found the module getting it to work should be fairly easy.

I've just upgraded to FSIS 2012, and WiFi sync has started working!
