When I tried to locate my device, it is showing as Location Information Not Available. Plz help me

    Hi vasista,

    1. Make sure the GPS on your mobile phone is working.
    2. Most of the mobile phone equiped with A-GRS, which required 3G/WAP connection. Kindly ensure the service is ON.
    3. What is your device model?

    Hi vasista,

     

    The Nokia 5233 does not equiped with GPS module, therefore the locate feature return as Location Information Not Available.
