Activation failed

Hi,

 

Although I can connect to the internet, the activation of FS AV 2011 failed with the message that there is no connection to the internet ?

 

Any ideas ?

    Hi,

     

    you can update to AV2012 and try to access guts.sp.f-secure.com from a browser once you upgraded.

     

     

    Get the latest version from here

    Hi,

     

    I 've solved the problem by installing F-Secure with the uninstallation tool and after a restart installed FSAV 2011 again.

    Everything works as aspected.
