Misleading Renewal

I responded to one of the nagging email reminders to renew today and selected the only choices available to me.  But this purely renewed Internet Security and not the Tablet I also had covered previously.

 

The online helper was not very understanding.

    Can you also clarify how did you purchase the license for your tablet and if it was mentioned also in the reminder emails you received?
