I have a problem - After system reinstall ( Windows 8.1) F-Secure Internet Security 2014 does not recognize my license key which is valid untill 14/09/2014...
Probably this topic must be in another side of community (about "Home Security" - "Security") - but anyway:
- Maybe current situation mean that... during re-install system F-Secure IS not uninstalled/not refreshing and etc.
Like if "it's still installed on "previously" system on that device"; And new installation already for "new" (another) system.
Subscriptions can be already "all in use" (if it's more than one) by that points (some kind of "stuck").
You can try just next things (possible can to help just last one):
- uninstalled current "installation" of F-Secure IS and use also F-Secure Uninstallation Tool;
- else one try to clean-installation on current system;
Most likely - it's not help in that situation.
You can try and probably it's need to do:
Create a ticket for F-Secure Support (F-Secure Care) or use another services for support by F-Secure ( https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support/get-support-online )
It's can to help in next points (probably):
- give for you - new valid license key;
- refresh/reset your license;
Also you can try to check - what if you can to "reactivate" your subscription like "re-place" old one to new one or something like that.
If just installer give prompt about "not recognize license key" - possibly or need to check "correctly license key or not"; or will try to see "have there something, which can to replace your previously activation for new place";
Maybe from F-Secure Team will be more helpful information or instructions.

I purchased a new HP PC which included 2 years of F-secure The first year has finished and I have treid the next disc which will not accept the sub key i WONDER WHY eDWARD
Did you get two separate 1-year license keys? And what do you mean with "have tried the next disc"?
If you right-click the F-Secure icon in the systray(bottom right corner of the screen) and select "View my subscriptions", you can see subscriptions, licenses and expire dates. You can also add new subscription keys there. There's no need to install the product again just to add a new subscription key.
