Password to what?
CSRF token could mean Cross-site request forgery, a "one-click attack". So be careful!

Dear CJH,
May we know which F-Secure product are you referring to?
Thanks.

I am a virginmedia customer and want to install a free copy of F secure internet securitry on a new laptop I already have a copy on another computer. I have been through my VM account and it comes to a page that asks for my username and [password I assume my username is my e-mail address I cannot remember setting up a password and get the CSRF token warning when click forgotten password and enter my e-mail address and submit

If you already have registered for F-Secure SAFE, you should use https://mysafe.f-secure.com/login directly. There's no need to go through your VM account.
And yes, the username is your e-mail address.
If it still doesn't work I suggest you contact support: http://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support/contact/request

Dear CJH,
You can login to the following F-Secure website to download your copy of F-Secure Safe to your computer:
https://mysafe.f-secure.com/login
Your usename would normally be the email address that you have used for the registration. If you have forgotten your password, you can click the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password. An email will be sent to your email address to help you on the password reset.
Thanks.
