Why don't technical support either answer the phone or logmein?

After entering what I know is the correct code to unlock my mobile phone and as its not sending the unlock instructions to the named device I'm not in a very good mood. Its the same code I use to lock the simcard so I know its correct!!! I've been left hanging on the phone for 25 minutes??? Tried online support via logmein and twice after 10 minutes I get the message: Technician consloe has ended the session. What session??? Still have yet to speak with anyone. Not a good advert for upgrading to a paid for product I'm afraid. One extremely unhappy customer :-P
