How do I get my Programs back? I am getting --Unable to create C:\Documents and Settings\MoHlog

I have lost my Programs, on startup. I am getting the error message: Unable to creat C:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Application Data\BVRP Software\Net Waiting\MoHlog.txt file How do I get my Programs back ?? Thank you

I have moved this port to Protection board. Please advise what version of F-Secure are you using? Also, how is this related to your F-Secure program?
