F-Secure problems!?

Well, I have F-Secure and I have run virus scan on the computer and it detected zwinky as several spyware viruses. I removed the file. But, F-Secure keeps detecting the bad files every day even though I thought I quarantined them! What should I do?

Try https://www.malwarebytes.org/free/

It's more focused on PUPs(Potentially Unwanted Programs) which I believe Zwinky is.
