Installing onto an android tablet

I have F-Secure through virgin mobile and it allows me to install onto 5 devices, I have succesfully installed to 2 PC's but I cannot install to my Fabtab Android Tablet. I have send the required email to the tablet but it wont open the exe file. I have gone onto the internet on the tablet and gone to the F-Secure page and gone to my account but for some reason wont install from there either. Please help.Thanks.

It sounds like your version of Android may not be compatilble with F-Secure.  Which version of Android does the tablet run on?

OK, the only thing I can do is refer you to the KB article below.  If none of that works, I can only suggest you open a Support Ticket, unless anyone else here has any other ideas.

Thanks for your sugestions tried without succsess, get to install on this device, when I tap on this device nothing at all happens????

It may be a browser issue, perhaps settings restricting javascript or similar. Verify the settings or see if there's a reset option.

If you have another browser on your tablet I suggest you try from that. You could also check for updates for the browser.
