My pendrive is affected by a virus which converts all my folders into shortcut scanned by antivirus also it is not being detected.

Did you try to scan the pen-drive itself?

You also should run a full scan on the systems to which you connected the pen-drive.

 

Please share with us the results of your scans 

 

If you manage to get a sample of the virus affecting you you might want to submit it to our lab too.
