Invalid subscription key??
I just purchased internet 2014
I received the key in my email
but when I put it in the box it is telling me it is invalid...try again. I tried many times still nothing.
ANYBODY out there that can HELP ME??
Customer service used to be 24/7 what happened?
If no one can help I have to WAIT till MONDAY and USE MY CELL PHONE MINUTES up...REALLY??

Verify that it is the subscription key you get from the email, and not some other code. It should be in a format with total 20 characters, in 5 groups separated by a minus sign. And make sure that you don't get any space characters or something if you copy it from the email.
