Unable to unlock my android mobile phone
I have installed your firewall software on my android phone.
I am requested to set a password, drawing pattern and face detection for locking the mobile.
However, I have been asked to key-in the password that I set up when I return to main page after switching on the screen, its fail.
I have tried all the possible combinations of the password for unlocking the phone, but I have no luck. Please let me know what I can do with the unlocking.

@VikkiSisiYou may be able go get help from someone here. I have in the past found them to be quite useful. Please check out http://www.howardforums.com/content.php?s=a5a3b2dadce4acf0c447496f6388181d They say they have over 1,000,000 registered users someone there has to have a workaround for you. Then maybe before that though I would just call F-Secure Directly while at the same time posting at the Howard Forums. I hope this helps you. Please reply and let me know how you make out. The problem with e-mail replies as you know is that links can get broken and browsers may not always open properly etc. That is why it is best to talk to a real person plus try the post at Howard Forums too.
