[Antivirus Client Issue] Exclude files from the scan... Window will not Open
Everytime I press "Exclude files from the scan..." in Antivirus settings
the window will not open and instead following erroer appears twice:
"Advanced Interface has stopped working, WIndows is checking for a solutino to the problem"
and then the settings tab closes.
Is there any way of fixing this WITHOUT downloading F-Secure anew?
Anything that's 'active' all the time could conflict. One that doesn't is Malwarebytes Pro. Sometimes you can get away with it with others, sometimes not. Try disabling the real time protection in SAS (if indeed it's on) and see if that makes any difference, but looking at your list, my guess is that Comodo Internet Security may be the culprit, assuming it contains an active anti-virus module.6 1Like
