[Antivirus Client Issue] Exclude files from the scan... Window will not Open

Everytime I press "Exclude files from the scan..." in Antivirus settings

the window will not open and instead following erroer appears twice:

"Advanced Interface has stopped working, WIndows is checking for a solutino to the problem"

and then the settings tab closes.

Is there any way of fixing this WITHOUT downloading F-Secure anew?

    PS the window worked perfectly before, but now has stopped working in the unmodified client for a reason I do not know.

    The easiest first step would be to reinstall F-Secure. Is there a reason why you don't want to do this?

    Otherwise, is there any other real time security software on the machine which could be conflicting with FS?

    Windows Firewall, Defender on

    COMODO - Innternet Security

    Spybot S&D

    SuperAntiSpyware

     

    HijackThis

    CCleaner

     

    however I've had all these installed before except

    SuperAntiSpyware

    while it still worked

     

    So I guess that might be it
