nnot reconize home page login  password  and does not email link to reset it

also keep geting message that subscription as expired when i have 333 days

banking protection does not work

    Check the spam folder in your mail to see if it's caught there.

     

    What product do you have, Internet Security, SAFE?

    I am not sure you posted on the correct board and so I moved the post to our security board. Could you give us more details so that we can help you better?

    What is the product you are using? In which version and on which Operating system?

     

    You seem to have multiple problem. If so try to post details on each separately so that we can understand them better.
