Charter Security Suite from F-Secure

I have Security Suite from Charter Internet. My virus definitions have not updated since 5/24/2013. Spyware hasn't updated since 1/1/12. System Control Update was 5/24/13. SPAM Control updated 287 days ago. Web Page Filter Updated 1/10/2009.

 

Obviously, there is something wrong. The program is checking for updates but not downloading anything.

 

Should I uninstall/reinstall Security Suite? I waited on hold for 35 minutes on the number I was given by Charter 866-295-2725
