MySafe not showing licences available on 1 laptop but OK on others
I am a transferee from Virginmedia.
I have successfully installed F secure on 1 PC & 1 laptop but on my other laptop (Windows 7), when I log in to F secure, my 'safe' is empty -
Under the 'Manage your security' heading is a box with 'Error Please try again in a moment' with a white cross on a red circle and an OK button which when clicked on makes the error box disappear. I can still access my account details etc.
I have logged in on both other computers and my 'safe' shows I have used 2 out of 5 licenses.
Does anyone have any idea why my laptop does not show the licenses available and used?

Since this is related to a problem in a web page it could be a problem with the web browser version, browser plug-ins, browser settings etc. I know there have been others reporting the same error but I don't recall a solution to it.
If you have another browser on that laptop I recommend trying that to see if it's a browser specific problem.
If you're using Internet Explorer you could try resetting security settings to default, empty history and cache.
If that doesn't help try with all add-ons disabled:
Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)
If no success and you haven't been able to install on the second laptop yet:
From any of the other computers you can log in to SAFE and select Install and then choose the option "Another Device" instead of This Device. Then just follow the instructions.
Hopefully someone from F-Secure can provide a more detailed explanation about the specific error message.
Give Kudos to say "thanks". Click "Accept as Solution" to inform others when your issue's been solved
